B.T.S is a limited digital release. It is a statement against the devaluation of music in the streaming era. We are not selling streams; we are selling ownership. Below is everything you need to know about how to secure your copy.

What do I get when I buy the EP?

Important: Once the 7-day window closes, the player locks permanently. You must download and save your files locally before then.

Why can I only download 2 times (plus 1 backup)?

The amount of purchases are limited, so we cannot offer unlimited downloads per purchase. We use free-tier cloud storage to keep costs low, and a 3-download maximum per purchase keeps it sustainable.

Tip: Download immediately and back up your files to an external drive and cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox). Once you have the files, you own them forever.

What if I need more downloads?

After your 3 downloads are used, you cannot download again. However, you can:

Can I share my access link with friends?

It is not recommended, as it goes against the direct artist support that this method aims to achieve. Your link contains all of your purchase credentials, and if a friend uses one of your downloads you will not be able to use it afterwards.

How does the "Smart Backup" link work?

Your purchase confirmation email contains a Backup Link. This is your "Break Glass in Case of Emergency" key.

The Archive Session: Using the backup link restores your access for exactly 24 Hours and grants 1 Final Download. Once this session expires, there is no way back in.

I am in Tunisia. How do I buy?

Due to local banking regulations, the Tunisian payment gateway opens in limited waves. Currently, you cannot checkout directly.

The Reservation System: Select "Tunisia" on the main page and enter your email. This secures your spot in the limited queue. When the gateway opens, you will receive a Unique Reservation Code via email valid for 72 hours, allowing you to purchase your copy even if the public sale is sold out.

Can I switch devices? (Phone to Laptop)

Yes. We recommend purchasing on the device where you want to save the files (usually a computer). However, if you buy on mobile:

  1. Open your purchase email on your computer.
  2. Click the Backup Link.
  3. Since it's a new device, the system will unlock an Archive Session for you to download your files immediately.

What formats are available?

What if I lose the files after the backup is used?

You are responsible for saving your files. Once your 7 days are up and your Backup Link is used, we cannot generate new download links. You would need to complete a new purchase.

My download failed. Did I lose a token?

If the download does not start or fails immediately, the token is usually preserved. If you encounter an issue where a token was deducted but no file was received, contact support immediately with your payment ID.

Can I get a refund?

No. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate access to master-quality files, all sales are final.

I have a technical issue. How do I contact support?
